History of Enderlivid
The History behind Enderlivid is written in bloodshed, taint, and the warnings of the once-native Orc tribes that resided in the Northwestern country of Delani. The common races of Rukoth — Humans — Discovered this primitive country and with an iron fist took over the tribe-driven territories and it soon changed to a Colony of Rukoth, obtaining its title as Enderlivid; “Ender” meaning “End of”, and “livid” meaning “hate”.
It was also here that the God of Nature, Obad-Hai, seemed to gather more followers than anywhere else in Delvani; Some of the native animals seemed to lack fear of the common races, and the common races feeling a sort of connection between them and nature, through these very beings. These gifted people claimed that the wilderness of Enderlivid seem to call to them. They could hear the wind whispering distant callings and the trees telling them all sorts of vast secrets, they seemed to feel atuned with the world around them, but not in the same way Rangers were. This was different. These early colonists and pilgrims settling in Enderlivid, hearing the call of nature easily honed these newfound abilities, blessed the world with the way of the Druid.
It didn’t take long before the Council of Elders in Rukoth saw what was going on; They were rather displeased of this newly created way of life that the settlers of Enderlivid had grown accustomed to, and created laws that forbid these teachings. Anyone who broke this law would be made an example of by being executed in a major town square. It soon turned into an all-out war between the Druidic Resistance and the Empire of Rukoth. The war lasted twelve years, but in the end, Enderlivid — thanks to their environmental advantages — deemed victorious. It has been fifty years since the war, Rukoth and Enderlivid alike are still trying to recover from their mass loss. However, a dark shadow looms over Enderlivid, as it seems their war of independence was just the beginning…
